Worraphan has worked at octo since the company’s founding and began by folding T-shirts.
Over time, Worraphan has expanded both the scope of the work and the level of responsibility, and now supports teammates while carrying broader responsibilities.

When the frontline team proposed a factory sale for items that had not passed inspection for regular retail, the company decided to act immediately.
The initiative has been welcomed by people nearby and is an example of the frontline team creating a new sales opportunity.
